Tracking is emailed the day your order ships. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder, then email us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can usually edit or cancel an order up to two hours after it’s placed. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you offer custom scents?
We don’t currently do one-off custom scents, but we do offer custom labels for wholesale orders of 100+ units. Get in touch via the wholesale page.
How do I return a candle I don’t love?
We accept returns on unburned, unused candles within 30 days. Read the full policy on our returns page.
